Craig Meddin founded Postal Solutions in 2000 as a college junior before graduating from the University of Florida. Under Craig’s leadership, the company formed two additional divisions, PackageLog® and Locker Solutions. Craig received his NAAEI Certified Apartment Supplier designation in 2007, awarded 2008 Golden Key – Vendor of the Year from the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando, and is a 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2020 Gator100 Award Recipient. He is a lifelong community volunteer of civil and civic boards, and currently serves as President, Board of Trustees for a local non-profit. Craig lives in Raleigh with his wife and two young children.
Scott A. Pope had a 21-year career with the United States Postal Service. Scott is a two-time United States Postal Service Vice-President Award Recipient. He joined Postal Solutions in July 2009. Since Scott’s arrival, the company has seen a 4x increase of mail and package outsourcing management for student housing clients. Scott and his wife have lived in the metro-Atlanta area for many years.
Shannon Galligan has over eight years of experience in retail operations, customer service and people management. Prior to joining us, she lead teams for both Saks Fifth Avenue and Tory Burch in New York. She works to support the needs of both divisions and improve internal processes. Shannon is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Angela Heckathorn has 15+ years of multifamily experience. She began her career working on the National team with For Rent and ForRent.com focusing on customer service, billing management and assisting the sales team. Angela resides in the Kansas City metro area providing exceptional customer service to our clients nationwide.
Victor Napolillo brings over 25 years of expertise in customer service management within the sales industry. As our Locker Solutions National Manager, he is committed to providing individualized attention to our clients and his team members, while offering invaluable support to the Locker Solutions internal team. He enjoys traveling and resides in the Tampa Bay area.
Rosie Erni joined Postal Solutions with 4+ years of United States Postal Service experience. She has performed in a variety of company roles since 2002. She is a USU graduate and enjoys outdoors, volunteer work and youth mentoring. Rosie resides in Logan, Utah with her husband
After 17 years with For Rent and For Rent.com, Staci Skufca brings with her decades of understanding the multifamily market. Staci manages sales efforts for all of Florida. She began her career in South Florida with Post Properties in 1989. Staci lives in Ft. Lauderdale with her family, and is active in the Southeast Florida Apartment Association.
Zina joins the Mail Management team after 34+ years of experience with the United States Postal Service. Zina started her postal career as a Letter Carrier and served in numerous management positions during her time at the USPS. Zina brings a depth of knowledge on delivery operations and customer service to our team. She enjoys travel and her family, especially her eight grandchildren.
Connor Sabula is a graduate of the University of Georgia, having studied Real Estate. He draws on experience working as an assistant of both sales and management in the commercial real estate sector. Connor prides himself on quick responses and attention to detail. Connor and his wife reside near downtown Raleigh, NC.
Christina Inglis has over 13 years’ experience in the multifamily industry specializing in business development and is known for her ability to build lasting relationships. Christina is active in the Bay Area Apartment Association and has served as the Associates Council President, Co-Chair of the Government Affairs and Community Service committees, is a FAA Leadership Lyceum graduate, and received her NAA Certified Apartment Supplier designation in 2022. Christina was honored to be awarded 2021 Supplier Salesperson of the Year – Gold Medallion by The Bay Area Apartment Association. She lives in St. Petersburg, FL with her husband and fur babies and enjoys fishing and spending time on their boat.
