Regional Operations Manager

SUMMARY

This regional manager position is ideal for someone with a curious mind and a desire to understand complex business planning.  You’ll plan, schedule, direct, monitor, organize, and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of projects pertaining to mail and package management at multiple sites. Will monitor and manage individuals and processes pertaining to mail and package management for a variety of locations as assigned.  Will travel as needed to monitor and achieve success.  Provide exceptional customer service across multiple communication platforms.  

Our Postal Solutions division is seeking a motivated, and high-performing Regional Operations pro to join our team in the Austin, Texas area. 

JOB ROLE

  • Manage projects and processes related to mail and package management
  • Lead and manage internal tools/programs/individuals that are essential to delivering company efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to improve mail and package management under various on site conditions
  • Communicate findings and insights effectively, both verbally and in written form
  • Ability to listen to feedback and effectively react to achieve intended improvements and/ or results
  • Communicate effectively with, and support a diversified group of individuals
  • Support overall strategy and long range planning
  • Have the desire and ability to travel as needed in order to monitor and assess operational success at numerous locations, frequent at times
  • Conduct interview and selection processes to meet operational needs
  • Manage operational processes at numerous locations in pursuit of business success
