Our Locker Solutions Division is seeking an experienced and high-performing Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Candidate must have previously strong sales managerial experience and be able to oversee our existing six-person sales team (and growing) based throughout the East Coast U.S., while driving market-presence in the Tampa / Orlando areas.
Multifamily industry vendor-partner sales experience strongly preferred.
Candidate must strong managerial, development, training, communication, presentation skills, and marketing skills. Candidate must know how to drive a sales team toward goals and manage sales performance.
This position is responsible for aiding in the prospecting of new business for the sales team, and client engagements, quoting new sales opportunities, and helping the team through up-selling for new and existing clients. It is important that this position have experience in delivering results against a quota.
